Our History

Bristow Instruments has been active in the aircraft instrument and accessory sales and service field since the 1955 offering services for both rotorcraft and fixed wing aircraft.

Operating out of our 8,000 sq. foot facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta in the Edmonton area, our staff of over 12 technicians and additional support team members have over 150 years of experience in the industry.

We have a comprehensive list of capabilities that includes over 5500 line items and continues to grow as new instruments are brought online. The scope of instruments worked on in our shop range from those used in small home builds to large transports, as well as all makes of helicopters.

Bristow Instruments is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (#204-92)

We repair, certify, and calibrate Ground Support Equipment to National Standards. This includes torque wrenches, digital multimeters, micrometers, calipers, pressure gauges, tensiometers, temperature testers, dantum testers, prop analysers, thermocouple testers, fuel quantity testers, and other precision measuring tools.
